A postcode and the address is enough. Add the proposed rent and the number of bedrooms if you know them.

We check the public record
Energy performance, floor area, flood and planning designations, and any recorded sale history for that address.

Each finding says which dataset it came from, when we retrieved it, and what it does not tell you.
